New market location compelled by downtown development efforts. The Thursday Market relocation comes as part of Downtown Cumberland’s revitalization and historic preservation efforts. Representatives of the City of Cumberland, and the consulting firm hired to support preservation, are seeking citizen input, and will be in attendance at the May 4th market to receive public comment.
