After five years at Mountain City Traditional Arts, Frostburg’s Winter Farmers Market will expand to City Place 

 

The Winter Market is an important outlet for local farmers in the region, and the expansion to City Place speaks to the success of MCTA’s efforts to support local food access. This year will see over a dozen farmers and vendors at the 10 markets to be held between November and February of 2024. 
 

One benefit of relocating to City Place is the opportunity to invite additional community activities in the larger venue. We plan to engage local businesses, nonprofits, musicians, and educational groups in supporting family-friendly activities during market hours.
